Hi there –

As you probably already know, this will be my very last post in this blog. I would like to share the journey and what I have done over the last three months, starting in August, with you.

From what I am seeing now, I think I have done a great and tremendous job. I have learned all of the possible chords required for the assessment task. I am feeling confident for my exam, so fingers crossed! I am hoping to do well!

I clearly remember that when I first started playing the guitar (as a total beginner), I am completely lost, and frankly, I have no idea what I am doing. But due to the long hours of practice that I have put in each day, I am able to gain that sense of confidence.

Back in Week 1, every one of us has been introduced to this song called ‘Riptide’ (which is a very popular song, but personally I could not recognise the song at that very moment). And at that time, I hardly can play any chord that has put in front of me. But looking at the progress now, I can play this song without worry or been hesitant.

You might have noticed that every single post that I have put out in this blog has a video clip attached. The reason is to show my progress each week and how far I have come over the last three months, learning non-stop!

Looking at the bright side, I am loving the moment. I am in the zone. I cannot believe that I have come this far. And to be able to play another instrument (which was so foreign to me before), I think I have fulfilled all of the goals that I have set for myself. I have accomplished a lot and have achieved many things.
