The goal of today is ensuring that I am able to complete all 7th chords. This is so that, in the coming weeks, I can move on and focus more on the other chords (e.g. augmented, sus, major & minor 7ths)

The remaining 7th chords that I have to learn today are C7, F7 and G7.

To be honest, they are not that difficult to learn. At first, the C7 chord, in particular, is a little bit stretchy for me. But I think I got it at the end (just need more practice).
