Seventh Chords – A7, D7 and E7

For this week, my main aim is to focus on the seventh chords.

The A7, D7 and E7 chords are actually not that difficult to play at all.

However, at first, the transition between these chords can be a little bit challenging. But after a few tries, I manage to get the hang of it.

There is a video clip down below just to show you my current progress –

Kodály Assessment Task Preparation (My Progress)

My progress with the Kodály assessment is going very well. All of my hand signs have been fully learnt. Today, I also came up with an accompaniment plan of my own. The plan is to have three different groups of people doing three completely different things simultaneously. For instance, one side will be doing the clicking & clapping, another side will be doing the humming, while the third side of people to follow my direction.

I am hoping this accompaniment plan works and runs smoothly. Next week, I will be doing my Kodály assessment, and I am fully prepared for it.

Anyway, I am very looking forward to my next post, which will probably be next week. I will definitely keep you updated about my guitar progress, as well as how I did in my Kodály exam.

See you soon and thanks for reading!
